Claudio Parmiggiani is one of the greatest contemporary Italian artists. He has published work books such as Atlante (Scheiwiller 1970, in collaboration with Nanni Balestrini and Emilio Villa), V–2, l'arte è una scienza esatta (Mello and Persano 1977), De vita solitaria (Christian Stein 2009, in collaboration with Pietro Citati), Stabat Mater. Dies Irae. Deux Contrepoints (in collaboration with Jean-Luc Nancy, Tallone Editore 2016). In the specifically editorial field should be remembered the volumes Poesie dipinte (Frankfurter Kunstrverein 1981), Il sangue del colore (Scheiwiller 1988), Stella Sangue Spirito (three different editions: Pratiche 1995 Stefano Crespi editor, Actes Sud 2003 Istituto Cubano del Libro 2007), lncipit (Allemandi 2008) and Lettere a Luisa (Magonza 2016).

Abstract

The pages we present here illustrate some aspects of Claudio Parmiggiani’s poetics. Even in their autonomy, they intend to engage in dialogue and in a certain way enhance of Massimo Recalcati’s intervention, Spirituality in contemporary art: Claudio Parmiggiani, hosted in this same issue of the magazine.
